RevaMed Center for Emotional Wellbeing will begin in-office visits at the Boca Raton location starting October 1st.
RevaMed Center for Emotional Wellbeing has partnered with RevaMed Primary Care Associates. We are participating with Medicare and in the process of credentialing with all the major payers. However, in the meantime we are offering an introductory rate of $60 per session for the first three sessions. We will also check your insurance coverage to see if there are any out of network benefits available for you.
